Over the years, I have been told by everyone who’s ever lived with or spent a lot of time with me that I make a face when putting on my makeup.
According to these so called witnesses (who all “conveniently” share the same opinion) I pucker my lips and make eyes at the mirror.
As if.
So this past weekend a “friend” was over (I use the term “friend” loosely since now I put her in the category of People I Used To Like Before She Made Fun Of Me). Anyway, she hung out with me in the bathroom while I finished getting ready for the day. Out of NOWHERE she squeals and says, “Oh my god! That face you make in the mirror is A-D-O-R-A-B-L-E! And also, I’m a little embarrassed for you.
I thought, THAT IS IT!!!
Once and for all, I will prove to you and everyone else on Planet Earth that I do NOT make a face when I get ready.

Yeah. I don’t see it.
If I didn’t already know better, I would think you were making that goofy little face on purpose!

You do pucker your lips. But it is adorable.
You don’t look any different than the rest of us when we put on make-up. I usually kiss the mirror to blot the lipstick.

I pucker, too, but mine is much more animated and not, in any way, adorable. Mine looks more like I’m trying to imitate a chimpanzee or Angelina Jolie. Neither works for me.

Dude, my makeup-putting-on face is not as cute as yours. I practically snarl while putting on mascara.
My best friends tells me I do this too – but I’m quite certain that IF I do (surely I don’t) I don’t look nearly as cute as you do.
PS – What was the stuff you put both under your eyes and on your lips? I’m a product junkie & I have to know!!!
That was what I call a clicker pen. It’s not its “official” name but that’s what I call it every time I go back to the department store for more.
It’s made by YSL (Yves St Laurent) and is GREAT for under eyes, on eyelids and on lips.
PS. I think it’s supposed to be used as concealer but I sorta use it as a pre-coat. My eye makeup stays on WAY longer when I use it.

See I was totally distracted by how many things you put on your face. I had to replay it just to count. Now I was up to 6 but that of course didn’t count eyeshadow and lord knows what else/ I was confused by the thing you put on your eyes and your lips..wtf was that?!
