I had "ashma" when I wa s a kid and in 9th grade joined the cross country team because our football team sucked and it is what my friends did. After a single quarter I was good. No more breathing problems of any kind. <br/><br/>I knew another kid who turned out to be a far better runner then I who had a similar thing happen. Building aerobic capacity can cure that stuff.
